Fees - Our philosophy Jacer believes in charging fees that fairly reflect the value to you of the work undertaken. Unlike other professional advisors there is no "time and cost ledger" or requirement to achieve a budget of chargable hours. Always we ask the question - "Have we added value to your life?". Note the wording. If not, then the problem is ours. Detailed invoices are rendered monthly. Do we provide quotes? Not often. Our strengths do not lie in undertaking hard-edged defined assignments. They are in identifying and getting involved in your issues as they arise, working closely with whoever is necessary to complete the process. This requires the development a complex amalgam of trust and understanding. Above all we endeavour to be intellectually honest! No client is just another assignment for us. We believe in developing a close relationship that understands the business, its core drivers and what both motivates and concerns you. This is not done in isolation but where appropriate involves your family, professional advisors and staff. A Random Thought! Many people when signifying the need for a fresh start and lateral thinking use the expression "Let's start with a clean sheet of paper". At Jacer we consider any sheet of paper can only have two sides. What is more it constrains thinking to a sheet of A4 with 4 hard edges! Not for us! |
