Who are we?

Senior Consultant at Jacer is Andrew Cornwall. Andrew formed Jacer in 1998 after 24 years as a partner (latterly as “Managing Partner”) of a successful provincial accountancy practice. Over the last 15 years he has specialised in consultancy providing intensive personally tailored solutions for a range of clients. To read more about our work - What do we do?


These clients have been involved the wine industry, transport, tourism, publishing, retailing, manufacturing and others in the primary production and service sectors as well as catering for the needs of high income salaried individuals. Andrew is a lateral thinker with a marketing background. He has the ability to rapidly grasp the salient issues and dynamics of any business. He is committed to a pro-active approach delivering measurable results.

Where appropriate, Andrew has been involved as a Director and Professional Trustee and has chaired a number of Boards. He strongly believes in the need for all professionals to act in all matters in an open and ethical manner.
